My Peaceful Christmas Greeting

December 25, 2013

Dearest Friend,

Over the last few days I enjoyed hours online looking for a heartfelt greeting for you.

You might have received a clip from the movie “A Wonderful Life” with Jimmy Stuart.

This could be coupled with one of countless videos with bells ringing representing you, my angel. “Every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings.”

The funny Santa animated video by Riversong carried a message to stay focused on your goals (for Santa, it was his Christmas cookies) and don’t give up.

Charlie Brown Christmas videos starting from the 1960’s, ancient Christmas greetings, flash mobs in malls and city streets around the world, and magnificent music.

For many months I saved this photo to share with you now at Christmas because it brings back early memories of an evening snow fall I watched from my bedroom window in upstate New York. I named it “Peaceful – A Quiet Hush.”

Then as the time came to make a decision, an idea popped in to search for Christmas Peace Poems. Not having a television, I wasn’t familiar with what I found. Maybe you have because Amazing Peace: A Christmas Poem is now a bestseller, and the following clip was taken from Maya Angleou being interviewed and reciting a portion of her poem a few days ago on the Today show.

We, Angels and Mortal’s, Believers and Non-Believers,
Look heavenward and speak the word aloud.
Peace. We look at our world and speak the word aloud.
Peace. We look at each other, then into ourselves
And we say without shyness or apology or hesitation.

Peace, My Brother.
Peace, My Sister.
Peace, My Soul.

I wish you a blessed holiday season. May you celebrate peace and joy in your heart.

A FRESH START AND LEAVING THE PAST BEHIND

December 4, 2013

Did you ever feel that you’d like to get a fresh start and leave the past behind?

You have more control over the past and future than you may think.

Not taking time to acknowledge what you’ve done and put it in perspective is like making meal after meal without cleaning the kitchen. It works for a while, and then you run out of clean dishes and space to prepare food… plus what an unhealthy mess.

When you see the overview, you may be surprised at how your life makes sense and is more positive than you may have recognized. Then you can set your course – goals and direction – for your future without dragging the past with you.

This is why I’m inviting you to my annual workshop Appreciate Yourself on Tuesday, December 10 OR Sunday, December 8, 1-5 PM in Wimberley, TX  – a blend of letting go of the old and blueprinting the new.

If you’re ready to make more money, expand your business success, enhance your relationships – business and personal, get focused on a clear direction or dump the stress, this workshop is for you.

Following are excerpts from my book Appreciate Yourself:

Most people feel they are five or more years behind what’s actually happening in their lives. Why? Because they haven’t let go of the past.

If you’re mentally and emotionally stuck in the past, you’ll repeat it...

At a cellular level, the body lives in the past and doesn’t respond as quickly as thoughts do. Your body expresses what you felt years ago. What you experience now does not make an immediate connection with it…

Because you attract what you focus on, the part of you that is stuck can recreate a future full of old fears and limitations. Or you can recreate more joy and fulfillment...

The more you value you and feel good about yourself, the more you’ll find people who share that opinion of you, too.

  • Want to feel fulfilled and know you make a difference?
  • Do you want to increase your worth to attract success?
  • Is it time for more money and your dreams to come true?
  • Are you ready for the recognition you deserve?
  • Do you want closure to wipe the slate clean and start fresh?
  • Want to feel fulfilled and know you make a difference?
  • Tired of seeing your life as drama, hardship or struggle?

If you answered yes to any of these, then Appreciate Yourself will help you.

Regardless of the year you’ve had, I’m confident you’d like to create an even better one in 2014.

Did you know that 1% of Americans and those in other countries earn more than $365,000 per year? And, the #1 habit of these change agents is that they set clear goals and take strategic action to produce results.

Aristotle said: Shall we not, like archers who have a mark to aim at, be more likely to hit upon what we should? If so, we must try, in outline at least, to determine what it is.

On Tuesday, December 10 OR Sunday, December 8, 1-5 PM , you’re invited to join us in Wimberley, TX for an afternoon to Appreciate Yourself and your 2013 as well as set your 2014 goals.

I’ve facilitated this workshop annually since 1995. Why? Because the effects it creates in our lives is that important – to consciously let go of the past and set goals for the future. Being in a like-minded group creates a mastermind energy. This vortex enhances and amplifies your intentions and is immeasurably more powerful than working alone.

Appreciation means to increase your value. Investing in you sends out a frequency for others to invest in you, too, and the gifts and services you offer to the world.

Think about it. Who are you more likely to want to do business with or befriend? Those who don’t value themselves or those who emanate a healthy self-worth? Others feel the same about you.

Your investment? Because the value of this is so important, I’m offering  this workshop for only $97. That’s $53 off the regular registration of a private workshop I’m offering the following week for $150.

By the way, other habits of the top 1% are that they receive help from mentors and experts as well as make quick, committed decisions. They are willing to do what others aren’t.

I encourage you to act now and reserve your place by emailing me at vg@ResolvedForResults.com

The afternoon workshop includes a free copy of my book Appreciate Yourself!

Can’t make it? My book is available to download for $9.97. If interested, email me.

Would you like to experience this but can’t make the dates or you live out of town? Contact me for more options. Where there’s a will there’s a way.

Appreciate Yourself is a great time to share your experience with friends, family and business associates, too. Feel free to forward this email.

In this season of gratitude, I appreciate the opportunity to support you in creating a life that exceeds your wildest expectation now.

Virginia
