Happy Talk is a song from the play and movie South Pacific.
It has a catchy tune that I sung in my school’s chorus.
Happy talk, keep talking happy talk,
Talk about things you’d like to do,
You gotta have a dream,
If you don’t have a dream,
How you gonna have a dream come true?
If you don’t talk happy and you never dream,
Then you’ll never have a dream come true.
So, DREAM well.
Dream BIG.
Dream about what makes your
heart sing.
Focus on
what makes you happy,
not on what didn’t or doesn’t.
Go beyond talking about
what you’d like to do.
CHOOSE YOUR DREAM.
Then take action, even little steps.
Choosing is one of the
most powerful tools you have
to actually live the world of your dreams.
Because when you do,
you invite
invoke
align with
your very soul to assist you
to manifest your dreams.
Take action,
even little steps
everyday
towards your dreams.
Your prayers are always heard –
it’s up to you to dream them up and
trust they arrive in divine right timing.
